Job Description:
**Job Description:** We are hiring a Senior Informatica MDM Specialist to enhance the mastering of member data and improve data quality within the Informatica MDM platform. This role will work closely with client data stewards to define matching and merging logic, and implement data governance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profile new data elements for data quality and create remediation plan.
- Work with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders to create and document definitions of the new Member data elements
- Develop and implement matching and merging rules in Informatica MDM.
- Build IDD screens, escalation rules, and data steward dashboards.
- Create remediation workflows and support transition planning.
- Conduct paired programming and knowledge transfer with client MDM team.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Informatica MDM, and ideally experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Data Director (IDD)
- Experience with data quality profiling and rule-based matching.
- Strong collaboration skills with data stewards and business stakeholders.
