Royal Valets walk in excellence, integrity, and hospitality all while serving our community through the act of valet parking. Royal Valets will be expected to joyfully and proactively engage with our guests and clients to provide valet parking services, traffic direction services, or other tasks as business demands.

• Provide excellent customer service during all guest interactions including but not limited to greeting guests, opening doors (both of the vehicles and of the buildings whenever possible), and providing additional assistance as needed.
• Safely secure ​​vehicles to designated valet parking locations, secure and note the space the vehicle is parked on the valet tag and log, return the tag and keys to the valet key stand.
• Use provided valet technology for tracking all vehicles.
• Manage your schedule and attendance efficiently and proactively. 
• Adhere to your time commitment form and follow attendance guidelines as outlined in orientation and the Royal Valet Handbook.
• Attend mandatory workdays.
• Uphold Royal Valet policies and procedures.
• Maintain a 90% Trainual completion Rate.
• Seek to always grow in excellence in your role as a Royal Valet.
• Willing to move to different venues depending on staffing levels and or event levels.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain a current and valid driver's license for at least two years.
• Maintain a clean driving record - failure to report traffic violations or at fault vehicle accidents to management within 24 hours of the incident may result in termination.
• Maintain a clean background check and drug test.
• Have the ability to readily and willingly engage with the public and fellow team members.
• Have experience driving multiple vehicle models.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
• Have the ability to run/jog.
• Commitment to work weekends and holidays.
• Legible handwriting.
• Have a proactive work ethic and be self-motivated.
• Maintain a professional presentation in both attitude and appearance.
