• Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service from greeting to farewell.

• Guide guests through the menu, daily specials, and tasting offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations while understanding dietary needs and kosher requirements.

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food, beverage, and wine offerings.

• Communicate ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens accurately.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and proper timing.

• Execute service steps and fine-dining standards consistently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

• Support fellow servers and staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

• Prior experience as a server in upscale or fine-dining environments preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Willingness to learn and follow kosher service standards (training provided).
