SUMMARY:

Join our team at Total Quality Assurance (TQA), a company with over 65 years of Quality Management experience in the automotive industry. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor. We are looking for 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm M-F) and 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am S-Th) applicants. Overtime is required as needed, Saturdays typically are expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various warehouse operations, ensuring the maintenance of company assets, and leading a team to meet their goals. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in picking, sorting, packing and shipping orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Process orders and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Manage and motivate staff, ensuring they meet their goals.
• Perform detailed audits and record inspections of products.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and audit inventory daily.
• Oversee security operations and maintain awareness of the condition and location of fleet vehicles and the building.

Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access database.
• Knowledge of automotive products to perform quality controls.
• Ability to take direction and train employees
• Knowledge in various warehouse storage strategies.
• Forklift experience required
