Job Description
Primary Responsibilities may include:
- Compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements
- Support Enterprise ERP System
- Build supply Chain optimizations and new features
- Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
- Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
- Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
- Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
- Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
- Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years’ Workday Workday SCM and Workday Finance experience in an operational or technical support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Report build experience
