Ensure Quality & Compliance: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved plans while maintaining compliance with airport authority requirements and industry best practices.

Mitigate Risk: Assist in identifying potential risks, such as delays or budget overruns, and help implement strategies to keep project progress on track.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in planning, design, and/or construction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project controls, contract management, and construction phasing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam,
  • Familiarity with CAD/REVIT is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Aviation Expertise: Experience managing capital projects at active airports and familiarity with the unique challenges of operational aviation environments.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Play a vital role in terminal transformations that will redefine the SFO experience for decades.
  • Join a team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation while tackling complex, high-stakes challenges.
  • Enjoy the scale and excitement of aviation while working with a team that balances professional rigor with a fun, people-first culture.
