Bookkeeper
Catholic Education Foundation
The Catholic Education Foundation is seeking a full time Bookkeeper to provide bookkeeping support and assist with administrative duties as needed. This is a 40 hour/week position that includes the option of some remote work each week.

Duties include processing donations and invoices; making deposits; reconciling accounts; entering transactions in database system; monitoring bank accounts; maintaining backup; serving as liaison to the Archdiocesan accounting department and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.  This position does not include payroll duties. 

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in nonprofit; excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented; exceptional customer service skills; proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs; ability to create and manage spreadsheet reports. Being a practicing Catholic is preferred.
