**Job Title** Cleaner, Part Time 2nd Shift **Job Description Summary** Part-time Cleaner 2nd shift - Base Building & Lab Space (Non-GMP) Overview: We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across our base building areas and laboratory spaces. This role is focused on routine cleaning and sanitation of office, common, and lab support areas. **Job Description** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday: 5pm to 9pm **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and shared spaces. + Clean laboratory support spaces (non-GMP) including floors, benches, sinks, and common equipment surfaces. + Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas. + Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products. + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness. + Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces regularly. + Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) safely and effectively. + Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in lab areas. + Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor. + Support periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning services preferred. + Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. + Ability to follow instructions and work independently. + Strong attention to detail and reliability. + Comfortable working in laboratory environments (non-GMP). + Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
