Join Us as a Corporate Investigator (Hybrid - Everett, WA)** **Location:** Everett, WA | **Starting Pay Rate:** $56.91/hr | **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (occasional 2nd/3rd shift support) | **Type:** Full-Time, 6-Month Contract (with potential to extend) **About the Role** PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a skilled **Corporate Investigator** to join our team, partnering with a **leader in the aerospace industry** . In this pivotal role, you'll lead complex internal investigations into employee misconduct and workplace issues that impact compliance, ethics, and organizational trust. You'll develop and execute investigative plans, gather and assess evidence, and provide clear, fact-based findings to inform leadership decisions and strengthen business integrity. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on company culture, compliance, and operational excellence. **What You'll Do** + Conduct **comprehensive investigations** into workplace misconduct, fraud, safety violations, and related issues. + Develop **investigative plans** that define scope, strategy, and required resources, including forensics and data analysis. + Gather and evaluate **physical, electronic, and testimonial evidence** to validate allegations and assess credibility. + Collaborate closely with partners in **Human Resources, Ethics, Law, Quality, and Safety** to ensure thorough, compliant investigations. + Prepare **clear, concise, and well-documented reports** that outline findings, conclusions, and recommendations for remediation. + Strengthen the organization's **anti-retaliation and ethics culture** through transparent investigative practices. + Mentor and support other investigators, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams. Regular and predictable attendance is required. **What You'll Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + **5+ years** of experience conducting complex investigations involving interviews, evidence gathering, and data analysis. + Proven ability to **manage multiple cases** , maintain objectivity, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail. + **Strong written communication skills** , including report writing and documentation. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
