 Overview:

Are you a fast-paced, dynamic team player with a friendly disposition? Join our Chick-fil-A team as a Delivery Driver for our on-demand delivery service! As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing timely service while delivering quality meals. This position is responsible for offering exceptional guest service and support while collaborating with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Delivery: Deliver high-quality meals to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction with every order.
• Guest Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with guests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Operational Support: Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, upholding health and safety standards during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record and valid US Driver’s License.
• Texas Food Handlers Certification.
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle to drive.

Skills Needed:

• Keen sense of cleanliness and commitment to health and safety standards.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Restaurant Delivery Hours:

• 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Required Availability:

• 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
