Avanti F&B in Denver is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has a strong understanding of espresso preparation and coffee techniques, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. • Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the coffee bar and workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist with cash handling, order taking, and processing transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or coffee shop preferred.
• Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
