Pay: $16 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Grounds Crew members to support an outdoor seasonal event in West Tulsa. This temporary position runs from September 22nd through October 14th and includes setup, cleanup, and general event support. The Grounds Crew will work outdoors in a team-oriented environment to keep event grounds safe, clean, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor infrastructure (tents, tables, fencing, signage).
• Maintain cleanliness of event grounds, including trash removal and restroom upkeep.
• Monitor safety conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support logistics teams with deliveries and equipment placement .
• Operate light machinery (utility carts, leaf blowers, pressure washers).
• Provide general labor support to event staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or event setup preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable with physical labor and long shifts on your feet.
• Reliable and punctual , with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills .

Bonus Skills

• Forklift or equipment operation certification.
• Basic carpentry or handyman experience.
• Familiarity with large-scale outdoor events .
