We are seeking happy, outgoing, caregivers to join our Health & Wellness team at our senior living community in Spokane, WA.   • Competitive pay for caregivers $20.00 - $22.00/ hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality resident care as determined by the service plan.
  • Answer resident calls and determine how best to assist them.
  • Properly charting notes per resident and being able to understand their needs.
Qualifications
  • Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
  • Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
  • Has a great love and compassion for working with senior population
