KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design lead and development of whole turbocharger and particular components,
• Leading technical discussions with customers and suppliers,
• Conducting appropriate technical analysis in compliance with either general rules or internal standards and best practices,
• Finding the best technical solutions for required production changes in scope of change management process,
• 2D drawings and 3D models preparations in accordance with ISO norms and internal rules,
• Interaction with various technical centres, providing and solving technical issues,
• Controlling and tracking changes throughout the component life.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Experience in international cooperation with customers and suppliers,
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, experience in automotive industry will be an advantage,
• Proven experience in CAD systems,
• Solid knowledge of GD&T and stack-up analysis,
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote,
• Business fluency in English is required, other foreign language will be an advantage,
• Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
