**Job Title: Packaging Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to assist with various functions in operating the production line. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our packaging processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist Packaging Tech with all supporting functions in operating the production line.
+ Follow all applicable waste, scrap reduction, and recycling guidelines.
+ Ensure component traceability.
+ Clear basic jams on the production line and restart the machine.
+ Feed material into the production line as necessary.
+ Operate an aerial lift as needed (certification provided).
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in packaging, production, labeling, packing, and assembly.
+ Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift.
+ Capability to lift up to 25lbs frequently.
+ Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and turning in performance of duties.
+ Comfortable with climbing stairs and crossovers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Certification for operating aerial lift will be provided.

**Work Environment**
Work is conducted indoors with seasonably normal temperatures for factory and production operations. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. The weekend PM shift operates from 7pm to 7:30am, Friday through Sunday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Hillsborough, NJ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
