Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is currently looking for individuals to join our team.
We provide one-on-one activities of daily living to our clients in their homes.
We have SHIFT and LIVE-IN work available.

We invest in our staff by providing orientation and on-going training.

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assists with personal care activities & household tasks.
• Meet the safety needs of clients including the safe use of any equipment. 
• Accurately administer and document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

Salary:

• Starting at $18.15 per hour. Plus mileage.
• Daily rate of $235.95 - 353.99. Plus mileage.
• Sign on bonus if conditions are met.
• Holiday pay.
• Referral bonus incentive programs.
