What You'll Do

• Run 10–20 virtual appointments per week (we teach you how to prospect and build a solid pipeline).
• Guide families and small business owners through solutions like life insurance, retirement planning, college funding, and other long-term financial strategies.
• Build genuine relationships and help clients choose options that fit their goals — no proprietary product limitations.
• Learn a proven system designed to help new reps ramp quickly and consistently.
• Enjoy long-term earning potential through renewals and advancement opportunities.

What You Can Earn

Most new reps see strong early momentum, with many hitting $2,000–$3,000 per week within their first 60–90 days. Compensation is  commission-based , with uncapped income and additional long-term earning opportunities.

Top performers regularly exceed:

• Top 20%: $200,000+ in year one
• Top 10%: $400,000+ annually
