Role Overview:
As an IT Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within a major utility organization. You'll take ownership of the EAM Work Management portfolio, leading critical initiatives from planning to execution, while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
This role involves collaboration across multiple business and IT functions, including Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Finance, and Architecture. You'll be expected to manage vendor performance, ensure deliverables align with contract terms, and support agile methodologies throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedules, and quality for SAP EAM initiatives.
Drive solution design, implementation, and risk management within the program framework.
Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings with business and IT partners.
Manage vendors and hold them accountable for deliverables, quality, and timelines.
Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including risks, decisions, and action items.
Contribute to the organization's NextGen program goals and transformation journey.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading project delivery in agile and waterfall models.
3+ years facilitating workshops translating complex business needs into SAP solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP applications in EAM and T&D (Transmission & Distribution) domains.
Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Experience managing vendor contracts and deliverables in large enterprise environments.
At least one end-to-end SAP ERP or S/4HANA implementation.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred or in-progress).
