Job Description

Our client is a private, mono-line Workers Compensation company looking to hire 2-3 Claims Adjusters with multiple levels of experience. They actively promote from within the company therefore an entry level adjuster can advance to a senior level adjuster within a short period of time.

 
Candidates will work on a hybrid schedule reporting to the office 3 days per week and work from home the remaining 2 days.

 
Responsibilities:
•Initiate and conduct investigations
•Determine compensation and set reserves
•Manage a caseload of 80-90 claims
•Effectively communicate with all parties involved throughout the claims process

 
Qualifications:
•2+ years of Workers Compensation claims experience
•Louisiana Adjusters License required
