Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient clinic. The right candidate will be a strong leader who can balance people management, patient experience, and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. 

• Ensure efficient front-office operations such as scheduling, patient flow, and customer service. 

• Oversee billing, collections, and insurance processes to support accurate revenue cycle management. 

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. 

• Collaborate with providers and vendors to improve processes and patient care. 

• Generate and review reports to track key performance and financial metrics. 

• Support the use of the clinic’s EMR system and help staff use it effectively. 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or medical office setting. 

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena). 

• Strong leadership and communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and workflows. 

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred, but not required.
