We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce environment
to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires solid technical expertise in Salesforce development, a keen understanding of business processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities

  • Development : Design, implement, and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce's Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
  • Integration : Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Customization : Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and manage deployment processes to ensure stable and reliable solutions.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes, integrations, and configurations.
  • Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
